Ana Carolina Coelho Milani

Psychiatrist and researcher at UNIFESP. She has a master's, doctorate and post doc in Psychiatry and Medical Psychology from the Federal University of São Paulo. She has experience in the clinical area, with emphasis in psychiatry, working mainly in the following subjects: child and the adolescent psychiatry, neuroimaging (Magnetic Nuclear Resonance), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), self-mutilation, borderline personality disrder in adolescents and mood disorders. She currently works in a private practice, at CAAA (Casa de Apoio ao Adolescente- Pediatrics Department - UNIFESP) and as a researcher at the Federal University of São Paulo-UNIFESP with the neuroimaging laboratory of Dr. Jonathan Posner, Duke University and researchers from Columbia University entitled Parental exposure to childhood adversities and neonatal neurodevelopment .
