Master in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation - University of Brasília - UnB. Graduated in crime prevention and security - UChile. Post-graduated in Literature by UnB. Specialization in Police Sciences - ISCP and postgraduate degree in Legal Sciences at UNICSUL. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the City of São Paulo, a degree in Letters and Spanish Literature from UnB and a degree in Public Security - Instituto Superior de Ciências Poláticas - ISCP.
It has bibliographic source articles and cited in the institutions - Federal Public Ministry in the states of SC, PB, in the External Control Group of Police Activity, MPPR, as well as in the Woodrow Wilson Center Institute, in the Citizen Security website of the Ministry of Justice. Currently works in the advisory function in Intelligence Analysis. He has also worked in Public Security Intelligence since 2003, with international training in the area. He served in an international mission of the United Nations UN, as Police Advisor. Has training in commercial helicopter pilot. He held the role of Intelligence Advisor leading the PMDF ISP training division. He is a Military Police Major with 22 years of service in the corporation in the Federal District.
