The current rank is Industrial Engineering Manager at Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil S/A (FFC).As senior process engineer, technical articles author and/or project/production manager taking part in the engineering/production daily activities of design, construction and operation of the industrial units of the nuclear fuel cycle.Specialization course in Systems Analysis (SERVIMEC-RJ). MBA in Nuclear Engineering at the UFRJ University (COPPE / ABDAN - 2011).Masters in Nuclear Engineering (COPPE / UFRJ-2015), science field: Nuclear Facilities Safety Analysis, and author of several published articles.Member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Nuclear Energy Association (ABEN) [tree elections periods].Current member of the Latin American meeting of the American Nuclear Society (ANS / LAS)Missions abroad on behalf of INB and the International Atomic Energy Agency - IAEA, Europe, USA, Asia and Africa.

Possui graduação em ENGENHARIA QUÍMICA pela Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (1983), tendo inicialmente trabalhado nos setores petroquímico e textil. No setor nuclear, atualmente exerce o cargo de Gerente de Engenharia de Projetos Industriais nas INDÚSTRIAS NUCLEARES DO BRASIL S/A, tendo participado como autor ou gestor de projetos, implantação e operação de unidades industriais no âmbito do ciclo do combustível nuclear .Pós-graduado em Análise de Sistemas (SERVIMEC-RJ). MBA em Engenharia Nuclear pela COPPE/ABDAN.Mestrado em Engenharia Nuclear (COPPE/UFRJ), campo de concentração: Análise de Segurança de Instalações Nucleares, sendo autor de diversos artigos publicados.Passagens pela Direção da Associação Brasileira de Energia Nuclear (ABEN) e também membro da sessão Latino Americana da American Nuclear Society (ANS/LAS)Missões no exterior pela INB e pela Agência Internacional de Energia Atômica - AIEA, na Europa, USA, Ásia e África.
