Tahinah Albuquerque Martins

Tahinah Albuquerque Martins has a master's degree in Law, State and Constitution from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and postgraduate degree in Environment and Sustainability from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), in Constitutional Law from the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público(IDP) and in Law Applied to the MPU, by the Escola Superior do Ministério Público da União (ESMPU). She works at the Prosecutor General's Office, acting in the 4th Coordination and Review Chamber, which deals with the protection of the environment and cultural heritage. She develops researches in the field of International Law, Environment and Sustainable Development.

É também servidora do Ministério Público Federal, atuando na 4a Câmara de Coordenação e Revisão, que trata da proteção ao meio ambiente e patrimônio cultural. Desenvolve pesquisas na área de Direito Internacional, Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável.
