Doutorando, Mestre em Processo Civil e Bacharel em Direito pela Universidade de São Paulo (FDUSP). Pesquisador Visitante na Yale Law School, em New Haven, Connecticut. Minhas áreas de pesquisa incluem Acesso à Justiça, Mediação e Arbitragem, com enfoque na população LGBTI+ e em Sociologia e Antropologia jurídicas. Professor de cursos de especialização em Direito Processual e Resolução de Conflitos. Monitor na graduação e pós-graduação da FDUSP. Assistente no Núcleo de Estudos de Solução de Conflitos da USP. Advogado Orientador no Departamento Jurídico XI de Agosto - Núcleo de Práticas Jurídicas da FDUSP. Coordenador de Projetos da Escola CAMES - Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragem Especializada. Membro do Comitê ESG - GT Diversidade da CAMARB - Câmara de Mediação e Arbitragem Empresarial. Membro da Comissão Especial de Soluções Consensuais de Conflitos da OAB/SP, do Y-ADR do International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) em Nova Iorque - EUA, do Law and Society Association em Massachusetts - EUA, e da CAMARB Alumni.

PhD (S.J.D.) Candidate and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil Procedure, as well as Bachelor of Laws at the University of São Paulo (FDUSP). Visiting Researcher at Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut. My research areas include Access to Justice, Mediation, and Arbitration, with a focus on the LGBTQIAP+ population, as well as Legal Sociology and Anthropology. I am a Professor of specialization courses in Civil Procedure and Conflict Resolution. Assistant Professor in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at FDUSP and in the Center for Conflict Resolution Studies at USP. Additionally, I am a Supervising Attorney at the Departamento Jurídico XI de Agosto - FDUSP's Legal Clinic. Project Coordinator at CAMES - Chamber of Mediation and Specialized Arbitration. Member of the ESG Committee - Diversity Task Force at CAMARB - Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber, as well as the Special Committee for Consensual Dispute Resolution at OAB/SP. Furthermore, I am a member of the Y-ADR of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) in New York, USA, the Law and Society Association in Massachusetts, USA, and CAMARB Alumni.
