Paulo César Licks

He holds a Bachelor's degree in forest engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (1992), specialization in Environmental Engineering (2000) and master's in Engineering-Infrastructure and Environment (2007), both from the University of Passo Fundo. Have experience in implementation of social and environmental Programs, Environmental Licensing, forest resources and forest engineering, with emphasis on conservation of Wild Areas, working mainly on the following themes: environmental management, forestry, removal of vegetation, reforestation, monitoring of environmental programs and integrated management system.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (1992), especialização em Engenharia Ambiental (2000) e mestrado em Engenharia / Infra Estrutura e Meio Ambiente (2007), ambos pela Universidade de Passo Fundo. Tem experiência na Implantação de Programas Socioambientais, Licenciamento Ambiental, Recursos Florestais e Engenharia Florestal, com ênfase em Florestamento, Reflorestamento e Conservação de Áreas Silvestres, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: reflorestamento, recuperação de áreas degradadas, gestão ambiental, engenharia florestal, supressão de vegetação, monitoramento de programas ambientais e sistema de gestão integrado.
