ANTÔNIO JACKSON ALCÂNTARA FROTA

Father of the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament (Sacramentinos). He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Fortaleza (2000), a degree in Theology from the Santo Tomás de Aquino Institute - Belo Horizonte - MG (2004) and a degree in Business Administration from UNIFOR (2010). Has experience in the area of ​​Ecclesial Administration, with emphasis on Management of Religious Institutions and Human Resources. Specialization in Executive Management in Public and Private Management by the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) in (2012). Master in Business Administration from the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR, (2014) with emphasis on the Socioenvironmental Research line. PhD in Business Administration from the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR (2015-2018) with emphasis on the Socioenvironmental Research and People, Work and Society (Strategic Management of Organizations).

Possui graduação em FILOSOFIA pela Faculdade Católica de Fortaleza (2000), graduação em TEOLOGIA pelo Instituto Santo Tomás de Aquino - Belo Horizonte- MG (2004 ), Baccalaureatum in Theologia na PONTIFICIA STVDIORIUM VNIVERITAS SALESIANA ( Romae de 06 mense Junio anno 2005) e graduação em ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE EMPRESAS pela Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR (2010). Tem experiência na área de Administração Eclesial, com ênfase em Gestão de Instituições Religiosas e Recursos Humanos. Especialização em Assessoria Executiva em Gestão Pública e Privada pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) em (2012). Mestre em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR, (2014) com ênfase na linha de Pesquisa Socioambiental. Doutorado em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade de Fortaleza- UNIFOR (2015-2018 ) com ênfase na linha de Pesquisa Socioambiental e Pessoas, Trabalho e Sociedade ( Gestão Estratégica das Organizações). Pós- Doutorado em Gestão e Avaliação de Politicas Públicas pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) -2021 a 2022.
