Mauriney Eduardo Vilela

Doutor em História Social, pela PUC-SP (2018) e Mestre em Comunicação Midiática, pela FAAC-UNESP (Bauru - 2007). Licenciado em História. A tese de doutoramento, sobre Teatro Amador, refletiu 40 anos de vivência (ator, diretor, iluminador, presidente da Federação de Teatro Amador do Centro do Estado de São Paulo) e pesquisas na área. A dissertação de mestrado deriva de duas décadas de atuação em emissora de rádio e de três décadas como articulista na imprensa do interior do estado de São Paulo. Professor, em curso pré-vestibulares, por 35 anos, na área de História. Atual presidente da Academia Jahuense de Letras. No terreno de artes e espetáculos, produz e apresenta shows temáticos sobre Música Popular Brasileira, com o título genérico de LETRAS E SONS. Suas atividades didáticas e de pesquisa relacionam-se aos seguintes temas: história social das artes e da cultura brasileira; teatro amador; música popular brasileira; artes plásticas; teorias da comunicação, telejornalismo, geopolítica do Oriente Médio.

Vilela, M. E. is PhD in Social History, from PUC-SP (2018) and Master of Media Communication, by FAAC-UNESP (Bauru - 2007). Graduated in History. The doctoral thesis, on Amador Theater, reflected 40 years of experience (actor, director, illuminator, president of the Federation of Amateur Theater of the Center of the State of São Paulo) and researchs in this area. The master's thesis derives from two decades of acting in radio stations and three decades as a writer in the press in the interior of the state of São Paulo. Professor, in pre-vestibular course, for 35 years, in the area of History.Vilela is the current president of the Jahuense Academy of Letters. On the field of arts and shows, he produces and presents thematic shows on Brazilian Popular Music, with the generic title of LETRAS E SONS (LYRICS AND SOUNDS). His didactic and research activities are related to the following themes: social history of the Brazilian arts and culture; amateur theater; Brazilian popular music; fine arts; communication theories, televisionjournalism, middle eastern geopolitics.
