Pesquisadora de estágio pós-doutoral do Programa de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Política Social da Universidade Federal Fluminense-UFF, Doutora em Política Social pela UFF. Mestrado em Serviço Social pela PUC-RIO(2001), Especialização pela UNB-CEAD em Serviço Social e Política Social (2001), Pós-graduação Latu Senso pela UFF em Metodologia do Serviço Social (1994), graduação em Serviço Social pela UFF (1985) e graduação em História pela Fundação Cultural de Campos/ Faculdade de Filosofia (1978). Ocupação de cargos públicos em diversos órgãos das três esferas de governo na área de Assistência Social. Atuação no Campo do Controle Social como conselheira em Conselho de Assistência Social nas três esferas de governo e no Conselho da Criança e do Adolescente, entre outros. Professora convidada no Curso de Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu - Escola de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas da UNIGRANRIO, ministrando a Disciplina Pobreza, Desigualdade Social e Políticas Sociais (2011 - 2015) e de Política de Assistência Social (2015-2016), professora colaboradora em Curso de Especialização em Gestão da Atenção Básica e Promoção do Desenvolvimento Social - ENSP ? FIOCRUZ (2014-2015), professora do Curso de Pós Graduação: Especialização Lato Sensu em ?Assistência Social e Direitos Humanos? da PUC-RIO nas disciplina de Gestão do SUAS e Financiamento no SUAS (2016-20221) e Professora da PUC-RIO no Departamento de Serviço Social e membro pesquisador do GPJC - MED-PUC/Rio (Grupo de Pesquisa Josué de Castro). Desenvolve atividade de ensino no CAPACITASUAS (Política de Educação Permanente) tendo participado da capacitação no Distrito Federal (pela UNIS), em Dourados -MS (Instituto Sociedades Brasil) e no estado do Rio de Janeiro como professora convidada pela UFRJ, UERJ e no estado de Minas Gerais (professora convidada - UNIS), Supervisão Técnica em Projetos na área de Assistência Social desenvolvido por Ong's, e em Gestão Pública Municipal. Tem experiência na execução, supervisão e gestão de ações profissionais em Serviço Social e em consultoria a municípios, com ênfase em Proteção Social, Gestão e Controle Social na área de Assistência Social. Membro do CBCISS - Centro Brasileiro de Cooperação e Intercâmbio de Serviços Sociais.
