Carlos Renato dos Santos

Docente da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, lotado no Centro Acadêmico de Vitória (CAV), cuja formação conta com graduação (Bacharelado em Estatística), mestrado (Engenharia de Produção) ambos pela UFPE e Doutorado (Biometria e Estatística Aplicada) pela UFRPE. Atua no ensino, pesquisa e extensão através de métodos quantitativos no âmbito da saúde coletiva e geociências.

Teacher at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), where he teaches theoretical and computational statistics at the basic and advanced levels, with emphasis on social movements, information systems, management, collective nutrition and services. of health. His background includes a bachelor's degree in Statistics, a Master's degree in Production Engineering (both from UFPE) and a PhD in Biometrics and Applied Statistics (UFRPE). The main target of his research is to work with scientific computation and statistics in geosciences, health, engineering and modern economy.
