Wagner Luiz Schneider de Freitas

Formado em Engenharia Metalúrgica e de Materiais pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia - IME, possui mestrado em Gestão Industrial e Desenvolvimento Estratégico pelo Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, especialização em Engenharia de Materiais pela Universidade Federal do Paraná e extensão em Logística, pelo Instituto de Logística da Aeronáutica. Ocupou posições como oficial de carreira no Exército Brasileiro e como engenheiro na Volkswagen-Audi, ingressou na Embraer, como Engenheiro, e ocupou diversas posições de liderança, no Brasil e no exterior. Entre 2008 e 2010, atuou como Consultor na Mckinsey & Company, e participou de diversos projetos de consultoria estratégica, principalmente do setor de energia, e, na sequência, assumiu a posição de Diretor de Operações no Grupo Positivo. Em 2012, assumiu a Diretoria Corporativa de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento da Whirlpool até 2015, quando assumiu a Vice-Presidência de planejamento e de Gestão Empresarial da CPFL Energia abrangendo as seguintes responsabilidades: Estratégia; Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento; Inovação; Tecnologia e Digital (CIO); Supply-Chain e Logística (CPO); Estratégia de Recursos Humanos, Cultura Empresarial, Desenvolvimento Organizacional e de Pessoas, Saúde, Segurança e Qualidade de Vida, Aquisição e Retenção de Talentos, Relações Trabalhista e Recompensa e Reconhecimento (CHRO); Planejamento e Gerenciamento Energético; e Excelência Empresarial (Escritório de Gerenciamento de Projetos, Gerenciamento de Mudanças Empresariais, Gerenciamento de Processos de Negócios, Gerenciamento de Riscos Operacionais, Gerenciamento de Qualidade).

Graduated in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering - IME, holds a master's degree in Industrial Management and Strategic Development from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics, specialization in Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná and extension in Logistics, from the Aeronautical Logistics Institute .He held positions as a career officer in the Brazilian Army and as an engineer at Volkswagen-Audi, joined Embraer as an Engineer, and held several leadership positions in Brazil and abroad. Between 2008 and 2010, he worked as a Consultant at Mckinsey & Company, and participated in several strategic consulting projects, mainly in the energy sector, and subsequently assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at Grupo Positivo.In 2012, he assumed Whirlpool's Corporate Research and Development Board until 2015, when he assumed the Vice-Presidency of planning and Business Management at CPFL Energia, covering the following responsibilities: Strategy; Research and Development; Innovation; Technology and Digital (CIO); Supply-Chain and Logistics (CPO); Human Resources Strategy, Corporate Culture, Organizational and People Development, Health, Safety and Quality of Life, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Labor Relations and Reward and Recognition (CHRO); Energy Planning and Management; and Business Excellence (Project Management Office, Business Change Management, Business Process Management, Operational Risk Management, Quality Management).
