Géssyca Fernanda de Sena Oliveira Mergulhão

Bachelor in Forestry Engineering from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (2017.1). During the graduation he was a Scholarship holder of the Tutorial Education Program (PET Forestry Engineering / UFRPE), in which he developed works in the area of ​​Teaching, Research and Extension. Ex-Monitor of the Disciplines of Analytical Chemistry and Soil Fertility in the Department of Chemistry and Agronomy, respectively, Federal Rural University of Pernambuco. Former monitors of Chemistry in Science Space. He worked for two years at Companhia Energética de Pernambuco (CELPE). He has developed works in the area of ​​Forest Management with emphasis on the productivity of clones of the genus Eucalyptus inserted in the semi-arid region. Currently, she is a graduate student in the Postgraduate Program in Forest Sciences (PPGCF) at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, a master degree - research line: Biometrics and Forest Management - with emphasis on Remote Sensing, Image Processing, Dynamic Use Modeling and Land Cover and Free Software, Forest Management and Geotechnology.

Técnica em Segurança do Trabalho pelo IFPE (2011) e Bacharel em Engenharia Florestal pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (2017). Durante a graduação foi bolsista do Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET ENGENHARIA FLORESTAL/UFRPE), no qual desenvolveu trabalhos na área de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão. Ex-Monitora das Disciplinas de Química Analítica e Fertilidade do Solo no Departamento de Química e Agronomia, respectivamente, da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco. Ex-monitora de Química no Espaço Ciência. Estagiou por um período de dois anos na Companhia Energética de Pernambuco (CELPE) na área de Meio Ambiente e por um período de seis meses na Transpetro/Suape, no setor de Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente. Desenvolveu trabalhos na área de Manejo Florestal com ênfase na produtividade de clones do gênero Eucalyptus inseridos na região semiárida. Atualmente, é Engenheira Florestal conselheira da FLORAR (Consultoria Ambiental Jr) e aluna bolsista do Programa de Pós Graduação em Ciências Florestais (PPGCF) da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE), nível Doutorado, na linha de pesquisa Biometria e Manejo Florestal com ênfase em Sensoriamento Remoto, Processamento de Imagens, Modelagem da Dinâmica de Uso e Cobertura da Terra e Software Livre, Manejo Florestal e Geotecnologias aplicadas ao setor florestal. Ainda, realiza consultorias na área Florestal/Ambiental e de Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho.
