Beatriz Stangherlin Santucci

Beatriz Stangherlin Santucci is a Bachelor in Chemistry with technological emphasis (UNICAMP, 2011) and Doctor in Chemistry (USP/IQSC, 2018). Performed a period of sandwich doctorate in the Grenoble Institute of Technology (INP/Pagora), France (2014-2015).Worked as intern and after as PhD researcher in the Brazilian Bioethanol Science and Technology Laboratory (CTBE) from 2011 to 2017, and as research consultant at the SENAI Innovation Institute for Biosynthetics from 2018 to 2019.Specialist in chemistry of lignocellulosic biomass, she works in the development of processes and technologies for second generation ethanol production as well for cellulose nanostructures and lignin applications.Currently is Senior Researcher at Suzano S/A.

graduation at Bacharelado em Química Tecnológica from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2011) and doctorate at Química Orgânica - IQSC/USP from Universidade de São Paulo (2018). Has experience in Chemistry, focusing on Organic Physical Chemistry, acting on the following subjects: sensores, polimérico, óptico, sugarcane bagasse and mercúrio.
