Silmara Cecília Nepomuceno

Graduada em Engenharia Florestal, Mestra em Botânica e Doutoranda em Biodiversidade pelo Programa de Pós-graduação da UFRPE. É integrante do Laboratório de Sistemática Integrativa (LASI-UFRPE) e orientada por Maria Teresa Buril. Atua em Florística e Taxonomia de Fanerógamos, com ênfase em Convolvulaceae. Atualmente trabalha com Filogenia e Biogeografia de Convolvuloideae.

Graduated in Forestry Engineering, Master's in Botany and PhD student Biodiversity by the Graduate Program of UFRPE. She is a member of the Laboratory of integrative Systematics (LASI-UFRPE) and directed by Maria Teresa Buril. It works in Floristics and Taxonomy of phanerogams, with emphasis in Convolvulaceae. Currently works with Biogeography and Phylogeny of Convolvuloideae.
