Bacharel em Informática com Mestrado em Engenharia de Produção pela PUC-PR, profissional com 21 anos de experiência na área de TI, atuei como Gerente de TI em contratos de Outsourcing tanto no Brasil como no Chile (onde estive pelo período de 8 anos de 2007 a 2015). No Chile me especializei em projetos de desenvolvimento de software, em equipes de manutenção de sistemas e fábricas de software. Possuo sólida experiência na liderança de equipes de projetos de desenvolvimento de sistemas, em fábricas de software onshore e offshore, atuei com equipes multidisciplinares, em clientes em fase de Startup, em processos de reengenharia e implantação de sistemas e principalmente no suporte pós-implantação. Fui responsável pela estruturação de equipes e pelo desenvolvimento de máxima produtividade. Como ponto focal nos clientes fui a responsável pelos contratos e acordos de níveis de serviço. Como Professora atuei nas modalidades presencial e EAD para os cursos de Sistemas de Informação e Engenharia da Computação em distintas disciplinas. Fui responsável pela curadoria de disciplinas 100% EAD como Big Data Analytics e Gestão de Sistemas de Informação.

Master in Applied Informatics by PUC-PR, I am a professional with 27 years of experience in the IT area, 21 years in private companies and 6 years as an educator. I worked in one of the main multinational consultancies in the market, Accenture; 4 years in Brazil and 8 years in Chile, at Accenture, I established myself as a leader in systems development project teams, in support and maintenance teams. I worked with multidisciplinary teams, in Startup customers or in the reengineering and systems implementation phase, interacting with offshore and onshore software factories. I excelled in restructuring and integrating teams and developing maximum productivity in critical situations. In recent years, as an IT Manager, I have been at the forefront of contracts responding directly to the customer for the services provided and contract performance. In the area of education, I am able to convey to students a differential in terms of situations and practices in the labor market in the IT area. As a teacher I have been teaching classes in higher education in the face-to-face, distance and hybrid modes where I acquired different pedagogical practices in all modalities. As an IT expert, I took courses in Information Systems and Computer Engineering in services management, IT governance and technology management disciplines. I also taught classes in Systems Analysis, Algorithms and Programming Logic and Logical Reasoning. I also worked in supervising the conclusion of course work as an advisor and as an appraiser. I recently worked with the curatorship of 100% distance learning courses for undergraduate and graduate students, in addition to elaborating evaluative questions.
