Rosane Marizeti Brum Vargas

Atualmente, é doutoranda no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Geografia (PPGEO) da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria - UFSM, iniciando em 2021 e com o tema de projeto "Ocupações irregulares na área urbana de Santa maria: direito a cidade e a eficácia social do direito à moradia". Mestre em Ciências Ambientais e sustentabilidade da Amazônia pela UFAM - 2015. Graduada em Ciências Exatas, com licenciatura em matemática (FAFIL). Graduada em Direito pela Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul - UNISC. Possui pós-graduação em Direito Privado pela UNISC, e Escola Superior do Ministerio Público/ RS (ESMP). Exerceu o magistério público municipal e estadual nas disciplinas de ciências e matemática (Cachoeira do Sul /RS). Tem longa experiência na área de Direito Privado. Possui atualização em Direito Ambiental da Amazônia, ministrado pelo CEDAM em 2011. Possui interesse nos estudos sobre os direitos da mulher urbana e rural e diversidade,Geografia e Geografia urbana. Advogada na área de familia, direito do consumidor e direito das coisas (dir. imobiliario), e como presidente do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Mulher de Santa Maria/RS.
