Sanclayton Geraldo Carneiro Moreira

I have a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Federal University of Pará (1979), a Master's degree in Physics from the Federal University of Ceará (1989) and a PhD in Physics from the Federal University of Ceará (1993). Post-Doctorate at UNICAMP between 1999 and 2001. He is currently a Full Professor at the Institute of Exact and Natural Sciences (ICEN) of the Federal University of Pará. He has experience in the field of Physics, with emphasis on the characterization and synthesis of polymeric materials modified by the presence of micro and / or nano structures. Specialist in the techniques of Spectroscopy (Optics and Raman) and Photothermal (Thermal Lens and Photopiroelectric). The materials of greatest interest in my research are those from the Amazon Forest, targeting applications in opto-electronic devices (such as: Sensors, LEDs, Solar Cells).

Possui graduação em Licenciatura Em Física pela Universidade Federal do Pará (1979), mestrado em Física pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (1989) e doutorado em Física pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (1993). Pós-doutorado na UNICAMP no período de 1999 a 2000 pesquisa em propriedade ópticas em vidros de Te dopados. Pós-Doutorados de 2001 a 2002 na UNICAMP em Técnicas Fototérmicas. Atualmente é professor Titular da Universidade Federal do Pará. Tem experiência na área de Física, com ênfase em Espectroscopias (Óptica e Raman) e Caracterização Térmica de materiais (Técnicas Fototérmicas: Lente Térmica e Fotopiroelétrica). Síntese, Produção e Caracterização de materiais micro e nano-estruturados blendas e compósitos a partir da biodiversidade da Amazônia.
