João Assis Scavuzzi de Menezes

Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Pernambuco (2004) and Especialisata in Environmental Management from the Faculty ESUD. He is currently Managing Director of YEAST - Industrial & Environmental Biotechnology and Mester Center of Biological Sciences - CCB / UFPE. It develops research on the ketene / MCT in the laboratory of biofuels. It acts mainly as a consultant in bioprocesses. - Food and Beverage Industries, Power Plants and Distilleries of North-Northeast and Midwest. It acts by developing, implementing and monitoring tools for environmental monitoring in various segments of industries to implement environmental management systems and implementation of the ISO14000 series.
