Cristiano Lucas de Menezes Alves

Doutorando do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Desenvolvimento Regional e Meio Ambiente PGDRA/UNIR. Mestre em Saúde Coletiva pela Universidade Federal do Acre - UFAC, docente da Universidade Federal de Rondônia - UNIR e pesquisador do Centro de Estudos em Saúde do Índio de Rondônia - CESIR.

Graduated in Nursing at the Federal University of Rondônia in 2004 (Universidade Federal de Rondônia) later majoring in a post graduation of Tropical Disease management and prevention. I am currentty lecturing in the Nursing Departament at the Universidade Federal de Rondônia. I have experience working with outreach indigenous health care and at a hospital emergency unit. My research interest and teaching focus lie in Public Health with an emphasis in Epidemiology, Disease Control, Indigenous Health and the Control of Infectious and Parasitic Diseases.
