Alexandre Lourenço

Graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootecnica the University of São Paulo - USP (1990), Masters in Microbiology from the USP (1996) and Ph.D. in Microbiology also USP (2001). Currently he is professor of Universidade Paulista (UNIP), University of Santo Amaro (UNISA), the Metropolitan Colleges Unidas (FMU) and temporary assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Jundiaí (FMJ). Part of the body reviewer Brazilian Journal of Microbiology (BRAZIL) and Computers & Education (NETHERLANDS). Was regular magazine columnist Versatile Magazine for three years. He collaborates with the Instituto Millenium essays on education and politics. Has experience in MICROBIOLOGY with the themes: microbial, fungal mycotoxins, RAPD and dermatophytes, and the area of ​​EDUCATION with the themes: teaching of microbiology, evaluation methods, information architecture and public understanding of science. Possui graduação pela Faculdade de Medicina Veterinária e Zootecnia da Universidade de São Paulo - USP (1990), mestrado em Microbiologia pelo ICB-USP (1996) e doutorado em Microbiologia também pelo ICB-USP (2001). Atualmente é professor adjunto da Faculdade de Medicina de Jundiaí (FMJ), professor titular da Universidade Paulista (UNIP) e do Centro Universitário de Campo Limpo Paulista (UNIFACCAMP). É consultor do Conselho Estadual da Educação do Estado de São Paulo - CEE. Faz parte do corpo revisor do Brazilian Journal of Microbiology (BRASIL), do Computers & Education (HOLANDA) e do corpo editorial do American Journal of Educational Research (EUA). Foi cronista regular da revista Versátil Magazine durante três anos. Tem experiência na área de MICROBIOLOGIA com os temas: microbiota fúngica, micotoxinas, RAPD e dermatófitos; e na área de EDUCAÇÃO com os temas: ensino da microbiologia, métodos de avaliação, arquitetura da informação e compreensão pública da ciência. É assessor ad hoc da FACEPE (Fundação de Amparo à Ciência e Tecnologia do Estado de Pernambuco) e do Brazilian Journal of Veterinary Research and Animal Sciences.
