Elisa Morandé Sales

Elisa Morandé Sales has a PhD in Physics from the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (2018) and is researcher of the Artificial Intelligence and Analytics Section at Institute for Technological Research of the State of São Paulo (IPT). She is currently a student of the Data Science and Analytics MBA program at University of São Paulo. She has a Master in Physics (2012) and graduation in Physics (2009) with a major in basic research from the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo. Since 2012 she has been a Researcher at the Institute for Technological Research of the State of São Paulo (IPT), previously working in the areas of acoustic and thermal simulations, acoustic and thermal tests and acoustic calibrations. Between 2019 and 2022 she also worked on the automation of tests and reports. From 2010 to 2018 she performed research with Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) technique for studies in the area of biophysics.

Elisa Morandé Sales é doutora em Física pelo Instituto de Física da Universidade de São Paulo (2018) e pesquisadora da Seção de Inteligência Artificial e Analytics do Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas do Estado de São Paulo (IPT). Atualmente é aluna do programa de MBA em Data Science and Analytics da Universidade de São Paulo. Possui mestrado em Física (2012) e graduação em Física (2009) com especialização em pesquisa básica pelo Instituto de Física da Universidade de São Paulo. Desde 2012 é Pesquisadora do Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas do Estado de São Paulo (IPT), atuando anteriormente nas áreas de simulações acústicas e térmicas, ensaios acústicos e térmicos e calibrações acústicas. Entre 2017 e 2022 foi integrante das Comissões de Estudo da ABNT e da ISO, na área de acústica. Entre 2019 e 2022 também trabalhou na automação de testes e relatórios. De 2010 a 2018 realizou pesquisas com a técnica de Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) para estudos na área de biofísica.
