Graduada em Licenciatura Plena em Matemática, pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, onde estudou implementação de curvas elípticas em sistemas criptográficos. Mestre em Matemática pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba, e estudou problema algebro-geométrico enumerativo sobre número de retas contidas numa superfície de grau d no espaço projetivo. Doutora em matemática pela Universidade Federal Fluminense na área de geometria algébrica e tropical, com tese sobre a resolução local do mapa de Abel.
Tem interesse em álgebra e geometria (algébrica, tropical e tórica), e na divulgação científica por meios digitais.
Graduated in Mathematics, from the Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, where she studied the implementation of elliptical curves in cryptographic systems.
Master in Mathematics from the Universidade Federal da Paraíba, and studied an enumerative algebraic-geometric problem about the number of lines contained in a surface of degree d in the projective space.
PhD in Mathematics from Universidade Federal Fluminense in the area of algebraic and tropical geometry, with a thesis on the local resolution of Abel's map.
She is interested in Algebraic, Tropical and Toric geometry.
