Mozaniel Gomes da Silva

He holds a degree in Meteorology from UFPB (1982), Specialization in Agribussines (1996) by PENSA / USP-UFPB, Master's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from UFPB (1991) and PhD in Natural Resources at UFCG (2008). Titular Professor of the UFCG, linked to the areas of: Processing and Storage of Agricultural Products, Agribusiness, Agricultural Meteorology and Sustainability, working mainly in the following topics: agricultural product preprocessing, agroindustrial systems, natural resources, cryogenics and super-freezing of pipes industries.

Possui graduação em Meteorologia pela UFPB (1982), Especialização em Agribusiness (1996) pelo PENSA/USP-UFPB, mestrado em Engenharia Agrícola pela UFPB (1991) e doutorado em Recursos Naturais pela UFCG (2008). Professor Titular da UFCG, vinculado às áreas de: Processamento e Armazenamento de Produtos Agrícolas, Agronegócio, Meteorologia Agrícola e Sustentabilidade, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: pré-processamento de produtos agrícolas, sistemas agroindustriais, recursos naturais, criogenia e super-congelamento de tubulações industriais.
