Rodrigo Denizarte de Oliveira Polkowski

He holds a degree in INDUSTRIAL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, an MBA in PROJECT MANAGEMENT from FGV-BA, a specialization (M.Tech) in POLYMERIC MATERIALS and a master's degree in INDUSTRIAL TECNOLOGY MANAGEMENT from Senai/CIMATEC and a PhD in MATERIALS SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING from the Federal University of Sergipe ( UFS). Currently, he is a post-doctoral researcher in NANOMATERIALS at Senai/CIMATEC. In addition to his academic background, he has more than 3,000 hours of training in extension courses, mainly focused on process management and technological innovation, such as the course of Corporate Innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Exponential Thinking at Singularity University. He has more than 28 years of experience in the AUTOMOTIVE sector, mainly in the area of RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS AND NEW MATERIALS. He has deep know-how in GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT, having participated in several vehicle launches in Brazil and abroad (China, India, Russia, Romania, USA and Germany). As an entrepreneur, he is currently a partner-owner of the companies TRL9 Lab and TRL9 Tech focused on experimental research and development (RDI). As an inventor, his concentration area and research topic is focused on studying sustainable materials and nanotechnology, currently having 06 PATENTS in advanced materials.

Possui graduação em ENGENHARIA MECÂNICA INDUSTRIAL, pós-graduação (MBA) em GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETOS pela FGV-BA, especialização em POLÍMEROS e mestrado em GESTÃO TECNOLOGIA INDUSTRIAL pelo Senai/CIMATEC e doutor em CIÊNCIA E ENGENHARIA DE MATERIAIS pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS). Atualmente é pesquisador de pós-doutorado em NANOMATERIAIS no Senai/CIMATEC. Além da formação acadêmica, possui mais de 3.000 horas de treinamentos em cursos de extensão, voltados principalmente para gestão de processos e inovação tecnológica, como os cursos de Inovação Corporativa pelo Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) e Pensamento Exponencial pela Singularity University. Possui experiência de mais de 28 anos no setor AUTOMOTIVO, principalmente na área de PESQUISA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE NOVOS PRODUTOS E NOVOS MATERIAIS. Possui profundo know-how na GESTÃO DE PROJETOS GLOBAIS, tendo participado de inúmeros lançamentos de veículos tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior (China, Índia, Rússia, Romênia, EUA e Alemanha). Como empreendedor, atualmente é sócio-proprietário das empresas TRL9 Lab e TRL9 Tech voltadas para a pesquisa e desenvolvimento experimental (PDI). Como pesquisador e inventor, sua área de concentração está voltada para o estudo de materiais sustentáveis e de nanotecnologia, contando atualmente com 08 PATENTES em materiais avançados.
