Completed the bachelor's degree in agronomy in 1995, the Master in Rural Economics in 1998 and a degree in Agronomy in 2000, all from the Federal University of Ceará - UFC. Published articles in professional journals and papers in Conference Proceedings. It has 08 items of technical production. Participated in 01 Event Abroad (Tucson / Arizona / USA) and 29 in Brazil. Directed 04 works Scientific Initiation in Agronomy area. Received 02 awards and / or honors. Participated in research projects and served in Agronomy (with emphasis on Economics of Natural Resources and Sustainable Rural Development). In his professional activities interacted with 35 employees in co-authorship of scientific papers. (International Cooperation Project Brazil - Arizona / USA, who studied the vulnerability of the rural population of the state of Ceará to climate variability), all by the Department of Agricultural Economics of the Federal University of Ceará - UFC. Participated in the ATES program / INCRA / RONDÔNIA (Technical Assistance Program, Social and Environmental Land Reform - ATES, in charge of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform - INCRA and served at the Regional Authority of Rondônia - SR - 17) who work for the Madeira River Foundation - RIOMAR (Foundation to Support Teaching and Research of the Federal University of Rondônia), the organizer function. Currently serves as Advisor Higher Education Technical and Ceará Institute Agropolis, being crowded at the Registry of Agrarian Development - SDA, since 2009, developing activities in the Planning and Management Area, in the preparation of various documents, available on the SDA website (http: //www.sda.ce.gov.br/index.php/planejamento?cssfile=principal4.css). Coordinated the participation process of the SDA in the National Program for Public Management and bureaucratization - GesPública in the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013, obtaining, respectively, the following awards: Bronze Plaque in the category of 250 points at the State Management Calendar public SEPLAG; and the recognition in the tracks Bronze, Silver and Gold in the category of 500 points, corresponding to the III, IV and V Cycles of Ceará Public Management Award - PCGP.

Concluiu o curso de bacharelado em Agronomia em 1995, o Mestrado em Economia Rural em 1998 e a licenciatura em Agronomia em 2000, todos pela Universidade Federal do Ceará - UFC. Orientou 04 trabalhos de Iniciação Científica na Área de Agronomia. Recebeu 02 prêmios e/ou homenagens. Participou de Projetos de Pesquisa e atuou na área de Agronomia (com ênfase em Economia dos Recursos Naturais e Desenvolvimento Rural Sustentável). Em suas atividades profissionais interagiu com 35 colaboradores em co-autorias de trabalhos científicos. Participou do Programa ATES/INCRA/RONDÔNIA (Programa de Assessoria Técnica, Social e Ambiental à Reforma Agrária - ATES, a cargo do Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária - INCRA e atuou na Superintendência Regional de Rondônia - SR - 17), prestando serviço para a Fundação Rio Madeira - RIOMAR (Fundação de Apoio ao Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão da Universidade Federal de Rondônia), na função de Articuladora. Atualmente atua como Assessora Técnica de Nível Superior no Instituto Agropolos do Ceará, estando lotada na Secretaria do Desenvolvimento Agrário - SDA, desde 2009, desenvolvendo atividades na Área de Planejamento e Gestão, na elaboração de documentos diversos, disponíveis no site da SDA (http://www.sda.ce.gov.br/index.php/planejamento?cssfile=principal4.css). Coordenou o processo de participação da SDA no Programa Nacional de Gestão Pública e Desburocratização - GesPública, no anos de 2010, 2011, 2012 e 2013, obtendo, respectivamente, as seguintes premiações: Placa de Bronze na categoria dos 250 pontos na Agenda Estadual de Gestão Pública da SEPLAG; e, o reconhecimento nas Faixas Bronze, Prata e Ouro na categoria dos 500 pontos, correspondentes aos III, IV e V Ciclos do Prêmio Ceará Gestão Pública PCGP.
