Henrique Mello Rodrigues de Freitas

Desde 1993 Pesquisador do CNPq; coordenou de 2013 a 2015 o CAFP Capes-SPU 047/2013, Brasil-Argentina, com a UNS (2013-2017); coordena e participa de diversas iniciativas em cooperação universidade-empresa; atua como consultor ad hoc e parecerista de diversos órgãos (CNPq, Capes, etc.) e n outros (ReAd, RAC, RAUSP, etc.). Tem experiência na área de Administração, com ênfase em Sistemas de informação, atuando nos seguintes temas: Sistemas de Informação e de Apoio à Decisão, Processo Decisório, Análise de dados e métodos qualitativos. Possui graduação em Economia (Bacharelado) pela UFRGS (1978-1982), especialização em Análise de Sistemas pela PUCRS (1983), mestrado em Administração pela UFRGS/PPGA (1987-1989), mestrado em Gestão (opção SI e Decisão) pela Université Pierre Mendès France (UPMF)/Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) (Grenoble, França, 1989-1990), doutorado em Gestão pela UPMF/ESA (1990-1993), pós-doutorado pela University of Baltimore, MD, EUA (1997-1998), e pela UPMF (2003-2004) (2012), diversos estágios e cursos de curta duração de 1978 a 1989, Oficial do Exército (Capitão R/2 na ativa, CPOR-PA, 1978-1989). Professor da UFRGS/EA/PPGA entre 1993 e 2014, encerrando como professor titular. Publicou 14 livros em co-autoria e cerca de 250 artigos em revistas e congressos nacionais e internacionais, orientou 17 teses de doutorado (prazo médio de 48 meses) e 56 de mestrado (prazo médio de 24 meses), entre 1994 e 2019. Coordenou intercâmbio França-Brasil (Capes-Cofecub) com as Universités de Grenoble e da Savoie (Annecy), em 3 quadriênios desde 1994 até 2012. Esteve no grupo de trabalho que originou a própria EA/UFRGS, o NaVi/EA/UFRGS, coordenou esforço pelo conceito 6 no PPGA/EA/UFRGS (2000-2002), e os 30 anos do PPGA/EA/UFRGS, propôs à ANPAD e co-coordenou esforço pelo 1o. Consórcio Doutoral do EnANPAD (2001). Participou da ANPAD, é membro da AIS, da AIM, foi membro do 1o comitê editorial do Journal of AIS, membro do International Journal of Qualitative IS Research (IJQISR). Membro da Comissão Multidisciplinar da Capes (2005-2006) e da Trienal Capes 2010, Membro da Comgrad EA/UFRGS, 2005-2006 e 2009-2010, Fundador e Coordenador da EAtw (2002-2003), Prêmio Pesquisador Destaque Fapergs 2002, Prêmio nacional ABRAIC 2006, Coordenador do PPGA/EA/UFRGS (biênio 2001-2002), Vice-chefe do DCA/EA/UFRGS (biênio 2000-2001), Coordenador da área de ADI da Anpad (biênio 1999-2000), Membro titular da COMPESQ/EA/UFRGS (2011-2012) e coordenador (2013-2014). Também atua com consultoria ad hoc e em pesquisa acadêmica e gerencial [em Coleta e Análise de Dados], tendo realizado tarefas em sinergia com mais de 2.000 empresas brasileiras desde 1993. Editor da seção brasileira da ISWorld.net nos anos 1990. Atuou de 2015 a 2019, Professor Titular do PPGA/Uninove, onde liderou a Linha Empreendedorismo e Pequenas Organizações. Atualmente, trabalha em colaboração interinstitucional com FCE/Ufrgs, EA/Ufrgs, Uninove, UNS/Argentina, entre outras, e, desde 2002, atua colaborando no grupo de pesquisa CNPq GIANTI [Grupo Interinstitucional de pesquisa sobre Adoção de Novas Tecnologias de Informação], antes fundou e cooperou com o GESID-PPGA/EA/UFRGS, 1993 a 2001.
