Key Qualifications: Over 10 years of professional experience in sustainable and innovative architecture, urbanism, technology and resource management in the tropics and subtropics, planning and implementation of industrial factory buildings and logistic / distribution centers, renewable energy promotion, thermo-technical rehabilitation, urban and regional infrastructure development, alternative building material supply schemes, advertising of economic development, self-help programmes, urban risk management, sites and services development. 104 months of working experience in foreign and developing countries: 73 months within projects of the German Development Cooperation (GIZ/KfW). Activities included elaboration of conceptual design, project preparation and feasibility studies besides general report writing; construction site supervisions; operation, maintenance and project management; capacity building and training of organisations and public authorities. Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo - Hochschule Karlsruhe Technik und Wirtschaft (2006) na Alemanha e mestrado em Administração e Gestão de Tecnologia e Recursos nos Trópicos e Subtrópicos - Technische Hochschule Köln - TH Köln (2009) na Alemanha. Atualmente é consultor externo - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH. Tem experiência na área de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, com ênfase em sustentabilidade, eficiência energética e energias renováveis, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: feasibility study, project preparation study, conceptual-design study, operation & maintenance manual e development planning.
