Atualmente é Professor de Ensino Básico, Técnico e Tecnológico - Produção Industrial no Instituto Federal de São Paulo - Campus Sorocaba. Ex-coordenador e professor do Curso de Especialização em Engenharia de Produção da Universidade Paulista. Foi professor do curso de graduação em Administração e em Engenharia de Produção da Universidade Paulista - UNIP, do curso superior de Tecnologia em Automação Industrial do Centro Paula Souza - FATEC Itaquera e do curso de Pós-graduação em Gestão da Qualidade pelas Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz. Tem experiência na área de Administração de Empresas, com ênfase em modelos de excelência em gestão, planejamento estratégico, sistemas de gestão da qualidade, inovação e aprendizado organizacional atuando como executivo e consultor em empresas de renome internacional.
Atuou como consultor no país e no exterior (Estados Unidos, México, Inglaterra, Portugal, África do Sul, Argentina, Chile e Uruguai); como professor convidado da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2013 a 2014), Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes - UMC (2009 a 2012) e da Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV/SP (1998 a 2000).

He is currently Professor of Basic, Technical and Technological Education - Industrial Production at the Federal Institute of São Paulo - Sorocaba Campus. Partner Quota of Getac Assessoria e Consultoria Ltda. Former coordinator and professor of the Specialization Course in Production Engineering of the Paulista University. He was professor of the undergraduate course in Administration and Production Engineering of Paulista University - UNIP, of the superior course of Technology in Industrial Automation of the Center Paula Souza - FATEC Itaquera and of the Postgraduate course in Quality Management by the Faculties Oswaldo Cruz. He has experience in the area of Business Administration, with emphasis on models of excellence in management, strategic planning, quality management systems, innovation and organizational learning, acting as an executive and consultant in internationally renowned companies.
He worked as a consultant in the country and abroad (United States, Mexico, England, Portugal, South Africa, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay); as invited lecturer at Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2013 to 2014), University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC) (2009 to 2012) and Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV / SP (1998 to 2000).
He was a member of the Study Group that established the National Quality Foundation - FNQ (1989 to 1991); Examiner of the PNQ (1992 and 1995); Senior Examiner of the PNQ (1994 and 1996); PNQ Guiding Examiner (2004-2008); Instructor of the Examining Bank of the PNQ (1994 to 2009); Technical Manager of FNQ (1997 to 2001); Founder of the Paulista Quality Award for Management - PPQG and Founding Partner of the Paulista Institute for Management Excellence - IPEG (2001); PPQG Senior Examiner (2005/2006); Instructor of the Examining Bank of the PPQG (2001 to 2004); Judge of the Paulista Quality Award for Management (2007 to 2014); Judge of the Quality Award of the Federal Government - PQGF - Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management (1998 to 2005); Member of the Judging Commission of the Banas Quality Award (1999 and 2000) and Judge of the Quality Award in Agriculture - PQA - Ministry of Agriculture (1998 and 1999).
