Alexsandro de Almeida Pereira

Architect and Urbanist graduated from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2007) and Master from the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism (PPGAU) from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) with a focus on Social Interest Housing.
Member of the Faculty of the ITEC group, where he teaches for the Architecture and Urbanism Course at TECSOMA Faculty, several disciplines related to Architectural Design. Member of NDE and substitute coordinator of the Architecture and Urbanism Course for six months. He taught for the Civil Engineering Course of the Athens and FINOM colleges of Paracatu - Mg during the period of two and a half years.
He is responsible for the Moinho office, acting in the most diverse areas of Architectural Design.

Former President of the IAB (Institute of Architects of Brazil) core of Juiz de Fora - MG in the management 2014-2016, participated as Delegate in the revision of the Master Plan of the City of Juiz de Fora (2015). He was a Counselor of the Municipal Environment Council of Juiz de Fora and participated in the elaboration of the Municipal Environmental Sanitation Plan of Juiz de Fora (2013).

Arquiteto e Urbanista graduado pela Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (2007) e Mestre pelo Programa de Pós Graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo (PPGAU) da Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) com enfoque na área de Habitação de Interesse Social.
Membro do Corpo Docente do grupo ITEC, onde leciona para o Curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Faculdade TECSOMA diversas disciplinas ligadas a Projeto Arquitetônico. Membro do NDE e coordenador substituto do Curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo por seis meses. Lecionou para o Curso de Engenharia Civil das faculdades Atenas e FINOM de Paracatu Mg durante o período de dois ano e meio.
É responsável pelo escritório Moinho, atuando as mais diversas áreas de Projeto Arquitetônico.

Ex-Presidente do IAB (Instituto dos Arquitetos do Brasil) núcleo de Juiz de Fora - MG na gestão 2014-2016, participou como Delegado da revisão do Plano Diretor da Cidade de Juiz de Fora (2015). Foi Conselheiro do CONDEMA (Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente) de Juiz de Fora e participou da elaboração do Plano Municipal de Saneamento Ambiental de Juiz de Fora (2013)
