Former Director General of the South American Institute of Policy and Strategy (ISAPE). Research in the areas of History of International Relations, International Politics, Foreign Policy Analysis, Regional Integration and Strategic Studies with emphasis on regional studies. Currently working on the finalization of his first book on international politics in the decade after the financial crisis of 2007-8.

Ex-Diretor-Geral do Instituto Sul-Americano de Política e Estratégia (ISAPE). Pesquisa nas áreas de Relações Internacionais da Ásia, Política Internacional e Segurança Internacional com ênfase em estudos regionais. Recentemente, organizou o livro "Mundo em Crise" sobre a política internacional na década pós crise financeira de 2007-8 lançado em 2021.
