Andrea Polena

Doutora (2022) e Mestra (2014) em Educação pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) na linha de Políticas Educacionais. Graduada em Licenciatura em Pedagogia (2014) pela UFPR. Tem experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em Políticas Educacionais e Financiamento da Educação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Política de fundos e indicadores educacionais. Atua no projeto de extensão do Laboratório de Dados Educacionais que envolve a Plataforma de Dados Educacionais, Simulador de Custo-Aluno Qualidade (SimCAQ) e Mapa da Formação dos Professores (MAPFOR) que estão sendo desenvolvidos na UFPR em parceira com a Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG).

He has experience in the area of ​​Education, with an emphasis on Educational Policies and Financing of Education, working mainly on the following themes: Policy on educational funds and indicators, in addition to the use of educational databases. It accompanies the development of the Cost-Student Quality Simulator - SIMCAQ and works on the projects of the Laboratory of Educational Data and Map of Teacher Education of the State of Paraná - MAPFOR that are under development at the Federal University of Paraná.
