Joelle de Melo Turnes

Atualmente é pesquisadora clínica no Centro de Estudos e Pesquisa em Emergências Médicas e Terapia Intensiva (CEPETI). Doutora em Farmacologia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná, sob orientação da Prof. Dra. Juliana Geremias Chichorro e co-orientação da Prof. Dra. Janaína Zanoveli, na área de farmacologia, com ênfase na área de dor neuropática orofacial e ansiedade. Em 2020 finalizou o estágio em Farmacologia no exterior (Doutorado Sanduíche) pela Universidade do Arizona (EUA). Possui mestrado em Farmacologia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2016) e graduação em Farmácia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2013). Foi contemplada bolsista UFPR no Programa de Iniciação Tecnológica no Departamento de Farmácia da Universidade do Paraná (2011-2012) atuando na área de Fitoquímica. Participou do Programa de Voluntariado Acadêmico da UFPR no Departamento de Farmácia entre 2010 e 2011, atuando na área de Fitoquímica.

Currently is a clinical researcher at the Center for Studies and Research in Medical Emergencies and Intensive Care (CEPETI). Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Federal University of Paraná, under the orientation of Prof. Dra. Juliana Geremias Chichorro and co-orientation of Prof. Dra. Janaína Zanoveli, in the field of pharmacology, with emphasis on the field of neuropathic orofacial pain and anxiety. In 2020 completed his internship in Pharmacology abroad at the University of Arizona (USA). Holds a Master's degree in Pharmacology from the Federal University of Paraná (2016) and a PhD in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Paraná (2013). UFPR was awarded a scholarship in the Technological Initiation Program in the Department of Pharmacy of the University of Paraná (2011-2012) working in the area of Phytochemistry. Participate in the Academic Volunteer Program of UFPR in the Department of Pharmacy between 2010 and 2011, working in the area of Phytochemistry.
