He has GRADUATION in RIGHT, SPECIALIZATION in PUBLIC LAW and MASTER in RIGHT, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT, all these courses by PUC-GO. and concluded respectively in 1992, 2003 and 2011. He is a DOCTOR in SOCIAL FUNCTION OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW by the AUTONOMOUS COPY OF LAW - FADISP / SP, since June 2018 and POST-DOUTORING DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS by Ius Gentium Conimbrigae of the FACULTY OF LAW OF THE UNIVERSITY OF COIMBRA since 26.11.2018. He has several works and articles published in the area of Law, in addition to courses and seminars abroad. He taught classes in higher education and lectured in different fields of law.
