Doutorando em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). Mestre em Psicologia e bacharel em Comunicação Social - Jornalismo pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). É autor de "Ativismo Juvenil e Políticas Públicas", livro baseado em sua pesquisa de mestrado sobre juventude(s), ativismo político e processo de Políticas Públicas. No doutorado, vem focando o enfrentamento ao epistemicídio por meio de ações político-culturais encabeçadas por jovens negros/as da Grande Recife. PhD student in Psychology at the Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE. Master in Psychology and Bachelor in Social Communication / Journalism from the Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG. Since 2009 he has been involved in issues related to Human Rights, Popular Communication, Educommunication and Culture and, more recently, Ethnic-Racial Relations and Epistemicide. From 2009 to 2015, he coordinated Conexão Periférica, a collective of young journalists from Belo Horizonte (MG, Brazil) that produced a radio program for UFMG Educativa 104.5 FM in partnership with several groups in the city's Metropolitan Region. In 2019, he published the book "Ativismo Juvenil e Políticas Públicas" (Youth Activism and Public Policies), based on his master's research on youth (s), politics and public policies.
