Rosana macher Teodori

Graduada em Ciências Habilitação Biologia pela Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (1984), graduada em Fisioterapia pela Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (1989), mestre em Biologia e Patologia Buco Dental pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1996) e doutora em Biologia e Patologia Buco Dental pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1999). Foi docente do Curso de graduação em Fisioterapia da Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (UNIMEP) no período de 1989 a 2018; docente permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Fisioterapia (PPG-Ft) da UNIMEP de 2002 a 2013, no qual orientou alunos em nível de mestrado e foi coordenadora do Programa; docente permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências do Movimento Humano (PPG-CMH) da UNIMEP de 2013 a 2018, no qual orientou alunos em nível de mestrado e doutorado. Foi Coordenadora de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação da UNIMEP de 2011 a 2014. Tem experiência na área de Fisioterapia com ênfase em Avaliação e Reabilitação Funcional de disfunções que acometem o sistema neuromuscular e ênfase em Movimento Humano na Saúde das Comunidades. Foi responsável pelo Laboratório de Plasticidade Neuromuscular do PPG-CMH da UNIMEP, no qual realizava pesquisas sobre adaptações dos sistemas muscular e nervoso frente às lesões do sistema nervoso central e periférico e respostas aos recursos fisioterapêuticos. Os principais temas de atuação são: fisioterapia, reabilitação neurofuncional, plasticidade neuromuscular, regeneração nervosa periférica, saúde das comunidades.

Graduated in Biology Sciences-Habilitation by Methodist University of Piracicaba - UNIMEP (1984); Graduated in Physiotherapy by UNIMEP (1989); Master in Biology and Oral Pathology by the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP)(1996); PhD in Biology and Oral Pathology by the UNICAMP (1999). He was professor in the Physiotherapy degree course of the UNIMEP from 1989 to 2018; a permanent professor in the Post-Graduation Program in Physiotherapy of UNIMEP from 2002 to 2013, in which she supervised students at the master's level and coordinated the Program; a permanent professor at the UNIMEP Post-Graduation Program in Human Movement Sciences from 2013 to 2018, in which he supervised students at the master's and doctoral level. She has been Research and Graduate Coordinator of UNIMEP from 2011 to 2014. She has experience in Physical Therapy with emphasis on Functional Evaluation and Rehabilitation of dysfunctions that affect the neuromuscular system and emphasis on Human Movement in Communities' Health. He was responsible for the Neuromuscular Plasticity Laboratory of the Post-Graduation Program in Human Movement Sciences of UNIMEP, in which he carried out research on adaptations of the muscular and nervous systems against the lesions of the central and peripheral nervous system and responses to the physiotherapeutic resources. The main themes of action are: physiotherapy, neurofunctional rehabilitation, neuromuscular plasticity, peripheral nerve regeneration, community health.
