Arlinda Cantero Dorsa

Graduated in Bachelor of Arts (French) from the Dom Aquino Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters (FADAFI) in 1971 and in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Education, Sciences and Letters of Urubupungá in 1983. He holds a Master's in Communication and Letters from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (UPM) in 2000 and a PhD in Portuguese from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC) in 2006. Post-Doctoral Student in Local Development at Agusto Motta Universitary Center (UNISUAM), she is a Full Professor at Dom Bosco Catholic University (UCDB), teaching in the Law and in the Master's and Doctoral Postgraduate Program in Local Development in the role of Professor and Assistant Coordinator. She is also at UCDB, Leader of the Research Group on Cultural Heritage, Law and Diversity and Vice-Leader of the Study and Research Group on Educational Technologies and Distance Learning (GETED). Coordinates the Bioceanic Route Project and Universities of the Latin American Integration Route (UNIRILA) with the projects: 1. Knowing the existing potential as new spaces for development and innovative practices and 2. Migratory Governance in Brazil: contemporary challenges in the 2030 agenda (UN). She has experience in the area of Scientific Dissemination, working on the following topics: Culture, Territories, Local Development, Critical Discourse Analysis, Mapping of Scientific Productions, Language and Text.

Pós doutora em Desenvolvimento Local pelo Centro Universitário Augusto Motta (UNISUAM-RJ), em 2023; Doutora em Língua Portuguesa pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC) em 2006; Mestre em Comunicação e Letras pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (UPM) em 2000. Graduada em Letras (Francês) pela Faculdade Dom Aquino de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras (FADAFI) em 1971 e em Pedagogia pela Faculdade de Educação, Ciências e Letras de Urubupungá em 1983. Professora Titular da Universidade Católica Dom Bosco (UCDB), lecionando no Curso de Direito e no Programa de Pós-Graduação Mestrado e Doutorado em Desenvolvimento Local na função de Docente e vice-coordenadora. É também na UCDB, Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa ?Observatório interdisciplinar de desenvolvimento local (OIDL) e vice-Lider do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Tecnologias Educacionais e Educação a Distância (GETED). Coordena o Projeto Observatório interdisciplinar de pesquisa e inovação e suas interfaces: UCDB-MS e Rede universitária latino-americana -UniRila com vistas à Rota bioceânica. Tem experiência na área de Divulgação Científica, atuando nos seguintes temas: Cultura, Territórios, Desenvolvimento Local, Análise Crítica do Discurso, Mapeamento das Produções Científicas, Linguagem e Texto.
