Felipe Musse de Oliveira

He graduated in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2008) and completed a Master's Degree in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Bahia (2012). He is currently a doctoral student at PPGAU-UFBA, developing research on morphological transformations of urban heritage sites, supervised by Márcia Sant'Anna. During that time, he completed a doctoral period (sandwich doctorate) at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-La Villette (ENSAPLV-France, 2022-2023, CAPES PDSE/MEC scholarship), at Laboratoire Architecture/Anthropologie (LAA/UMR LAVUE 7218 CNRS ), supervised by Phillipe Panerai.Previously, he was an architect at IPAC - Instituto do Patrimônio Artístico e Cultural da Bahia, in the position of Director, responsible for managing restoration actions for buildings and monuments, as well as works of art, furniture, images, etc., as well as for analyzing interventions in built heritage. He was also Head of the Technical Office of IPHAN in Porto Seguro/BA, carrying out functions of planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of preservation and conservation of historical heritage in the extreme south of Bahia, as well as the inspection of heritage and analysis of projects in the area under the jurisdiction of the Office.He also has teaching experience as a substitute professor in the Architecture and Urbanism course at UFBA, in the disciplines of introduction to architecture and history of architecture, and also as an Adjunct Professor at Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS), teaching the disciplines of history of architecture, history of urbanism and urban design.He has practical and theoretical experience in the areas of history, urbanism and historical heritage, with an emphasis on the management of historic centers, especially surrounding areas and the regulation of urban areas.

Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (2008) e mestrado em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (2012). Atualmente é doutorando do PPGAU-UFBA, desenvolvendo pesquisas a respeito das transformações morfológicas de conjuntos urbanos tombados, sob a orientação da professora Márcia Sant'Anna. Durante esse período realizou estágio doutoral (período sanduíche) na École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-La Villette (ENSAPLV-França, 2022-2023, bolsa CAPES PDSE/MEC), junto ao Laboratoire Architecture/Anthropologie (LAA/UMR LAVUE 7218 CNRS), sob orientação do professor Phillipe Panerai.Anteriormente foi arquiteto do IPAC - Instituto do Patrimônio Artístico e Cultural da Bahia, no cargo de Diretor de Projetos, setor responsável pelas ações de restauração predial (edificações e monumentos) e de bens móveis (obras de arte, mobiliários, imagens), além da análise de intervenções no patrimônio construído.Também já foi Chefe do Escritório Técnico do IPHAN em Porto Seguro/BA, desempenhando funções de planejamento, coordenação, execução e avaliação das ações de preservação e conservação do patrimônio histórico no extremo sul da Bahia, bem como a fiscalização dos bens culturais e análise e emissão de pareceres técnicos de projetos na área sob circunscrição do Escritório. Possui ainda experiência docente como professor substituto do curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da UFBA, com as disciplinas de introdução à arquitetura e história da arquitetura, e também como professor Adjunto da Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS), ministrando as disciplinas de história da arquitetura, história do urbanismo e de projeto urbano.Tem experiência prática e teórica nas áreas de história, urbanismo e patrimônio histórico, com ênfase na gestão de centros históricos, especialmente áreas de entorno e normatização de áreas urbanas.
