Post-Doctorate in International Strategic Studies (2018), Doctor (2010) and Master (2006) in Political Science and Graduate (2003) in Geography at UFRGS. Collaborating professor of the Post-Graduate Program in International Strategic Studies (UFRGS), of the Latin American and Caribbean Studies Center of the Southwestern University of Science and Technology (Sichuan/China) and of the Specialization in International Relations (UFRGS-Military Command of the South). He is currently a professor of geography at Colégio Militar de Porto Alegre. He is the author of the book "Post-Cold War China and Russia" and co-author of "The Theory of International Relations: Marxist Contributions".
