Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Catholic University of Pelotas (2009). Specialization in Infected Parasitic Agents of Human Interest from the Federal University of Rio Grande (2010). Master (2012) and P.hD. (2016) in Health Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande. Furthermore, she concluded a 5-year postdoctoral program in 2021 at the National Cancer Institute (INCA). She works in Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Oncovirology, with an emphasis on Human Papillomavirus and cervical cancer. Also co-participates in studies related to HIV-1, HSV-2, Chlamydia trachomatis and viral restriction factors.
