Kelem Christine Pereira Jordão

Civil Engineer graduated from the Catholic University of Campinas (1998), with a master's degree in Urban Infrastructure Systems (2016) also from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering (2021) from the Faculty of Electrical and Computing Engineering at UNICAMP. Specialization in Complex Data Mining (2021), by the Institute of Computing at UNICAMP. MBAs in Project Manager (2007) and Business Manager (2003) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Specialization from Liège University, Belgium (2002), as well as Quality and Productivity from the Technical College of Campinas Unicamp (2001).She develops research in numerous areas where data analysis allows action, such as urban infrastructure, education, health, telecommunication, economy, transport, environment, among others. She is currently dedicated to the study of issues related to cybersecurity for data protection for urban systems (health, telecommunication, transport, energy, etc.).She also serves on the Examining Committee for the defense of master's and doctoral theses at UNICAMP and at PUC Campinas.For more than 22 years she has been working for an American multinational in Information Technology, Cloud and AI. Participates, as a technical member, in numerous national and international committees (ISO AI standardization (for Risk and Compliance), ABINEE (for Telecommunications and IoT), BRASSCOM (for Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and AI) and ITI (for Cybersecurity, AI and data privacy)).She has been teaching it for more than 5 years-in Extecamp's Smart City course on analysis of social, governmental, environmental and technological data/indicators.

Especialização pela Universidade Liège, Bélgica (2002) em modelagem de dados, assim como Qualidade e Produtividade pelo Colégio Técnico de Campinas (COTUCA, 2001). Desenvolve pesquisa por meio da análise de dados para otimizar as operações e sistemas prestados pelas cidades, com o objetivo de responder proativamente às necessidades de serviços dos cidadãos. Atualmente tem se dedicado ao estudo das questões relacionadas a segurança cibernética para a proteção dos dados gerados pelas cidades. Atua, também, na Comissão Examinadora da defesa de dissertações e tese na UNICAMP e na PUC Campinas voltado a análise de dados, AI, DeepLearning entre outros temas. A mais de 22 anos atua em multinacional Americana da Tecnologia da Informação, Cloud e AI. Participa, como membro técnico, de inúmeros comitês nacionais e internacionais (ISO AI standardization (para Risco e Compliance), ABINEE (para Telecomunicações e IoT), BRASSCOM (para Cibersegurança, Privacidade de Dados e AI) e ITI (para Cibersegurança, IA e privacidade de dados)).Ministra - a mais de 5 anos - no curso Smart City da Extecamp sobre análise de dados/indicadores sociais, governamentais, ambientais e tecnológicos.
