Alexandre Ramalho Alberti

Alexandre holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFSC (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Brazil - B.S. degree obtained in 2014), and also has a MSc degree (2018) and a PhD degree (2020), both in Managament Engineering from UFPE (Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, Brazil). He is currently Assistant Professor (Lecturer) at the Department of Management Engineering at UFPE, and Collaborating Professor at the Graduate Program in Management Engineering at the same university. He is also researcher member of the Research Group on Risk and Analysis of Decisions in Operations and Maintenance (RANDOM - UFPE), and of the National Institute of Information and Decision Systems (INCT-INSID). His main research interests are: Operations Research, Maintenance Engineering and Decision Support Methods.

Possui graduação (2014) em Engenharia Mecânica pela UFSC (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina), mestrado (2018) e doutorado (2020) em Engenharia de Produção pela UFPE (Universidade Federal de Pernambuco). Atualmente é Professor Adjunto no Departamento de Engenharia de Produção da UFPE, e Professor Colaborador do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia de Produção da UFPE. Pesquisador membro do Grupo de Pesquisa em Risco e Análise de Decisão em Operações e Manutenção (RANDOM - UFPE), e do Instituto Nacional de Sistemas de Informação e Decisão (INCT-INSID). Seus principais interesses de pesquisa são: Pesquisa Operacional, Engenharia de Manutenção e Métodos de Apoio á Decisão.
