Bacharel e Mestre em Ciência Política (UFPE), especialista em Planejamento e Gestão Pública (UPE). Pesquisador do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisas Regionais e do Desenvolvimento (D&R-UFPE) e da Coordenadoria de Estudos da Ásia (CEASIA?UFPE), antigo Instituto de Estudos da Ásia. Realiza consultoria e pesquisa nas áreas de Análise de conjuntura política e tendências, Cooperação para o Desenvolvimento e Política Internacional, com foco em América Latina, África e China, com estudos publicados em periódicos nacionais internacionais e congressos internacionais. Tem experiência internacional como voluntário no Quênia. É membro da Rede Brasileira de Estudos da China. Tem interesse e desenvolve trabalhos nas áreas de Políticas Energéticas; Desenvolvimento Sustentável; Paradiplomacia; Desenvolvimento chinês; Relações Sul-Sull. Trabalhou como Chefe de Gabinete na Secretaria de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade de Pernambuco e como Assessor da Câmara Temática de Meio Ambiente do Consórcio Interestadual de Desenvolvimento Sustentável do Nordeste ? Consórcio Nordeste.

I carry out consultancy and research in the areas of Analysis of political conjuncture and trends, Cooperation for Development and International Policy, focusing on Latin America, Africa and China, with studies published in national international journals and international congresses. I have international experience as a volunteer in Kenya. I am a member of the Brazilian Network for China Studies. I am interested and develops work in the areas of Energy Policies; Sustainable development; Paradiplomacy; Chinese development; South-South Relations. I worked as Chief of Staff at the Secretariat of Environment and Sustainability of Pernambuco and as Advisor to the Environmental Thematic Chamber of the Interstate Consortium for Sustainable Development of the Northeast ? Consórcio Nordeste.
