Jessié Martins Gutierres

He holds a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), a Master's degree in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry) from the same university (2010), a PhD in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry) from UFSM (2013) and a PhD in Education and Sciences (2019) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He developed part of his PhD studies as a PhD student at the Faculty of Medicine and at the Centre for Neuroscience and Cell Biology at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the PPG Health Sciences of the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre (UFCSPA). He has worked in postgraduate and undergraduate programmes in the areas of physical education, education and biological sciences. He was an advisor in the Postgraduate Programme in Movement Sciences and Rehabilitation (PPGCMR, 2019-2023) at the Centre for Physical Education and Sports (CEFD) of UFSM. The researcher has more than 67 articles published in specialised journals, reviewer of several scientific journals and currently has FH: 22 (ResearchID, Publons); FH: 27 (Google Scholar), ORCID (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9574-4007), Web of Science ResearcherID: D-6938-2013. In the year 2021 he entered the list of the Top 10,000 scientists in Latin America by the 'Rankings for Scientists' of AD Scientific index, occupying the position number 5,803 of 31,339 (Brazil), 7,436 of 45,303 (Latin America) and 177,030 of 708,703 (World)

Possui graduação em Educação Física pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) é Mestre em Ciências Biológicas (Bioquímica) pela mesma universidade (2010), Doutor em Ciências Biológicas (Bioquímica) pela UFSM (2013) e Doutor em Educação e Ciências (2019) pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Desenvolveu parte de seus estudos de doutoramento sandwish como PhD student na Faculdade de Medicina e no Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology na Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal. Atualmente é Pos-Doutorando no PPG Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre (UFCSPA). Tem atuação na pós-graduação e graduação nas áreas da educação física, educação e ciências biológicas. Foi orientador no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências do Movimento e Reabilitação (PPGCMR, 2019-2023) do Centro de Educação Física e Desportos (CEFD) da UFSM. O pesquisador possui mais de 67 artigos publicados em periódicos especializados, revisor de diversas revistas científicas e atualmente tem FH: 22 (ResearchID, Publons); FH: 27 (Google Acadêmico), ORCID (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9574-4007), Web of Science ResearcherID: D-6938-2013.
