Atualmente é Gerente de Enfermagem do Instituto Práxis de Educação, Cultura e Ação Social, gerenciando a Enfermagem de todas as unidades hospitalares que compõem o Instituto Práxis (desde 2016); servidora pública da Secretaria de Saúde do estado de Ceará (SESA-CE), lotada no setor de Transplante Hepático do Hospital Geral de Fortaleza (HGF); docente do curso de Pós-graduação em Enfermagem em Terapia Intensiva da Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR; docente do curso de Pós-graduação em Enfermagem em Terapia Intensiva da Universidade Christus - UNICHRISTUS. É tutora do Núcleo de Pesquisa Clínica-HFT do Centro de Estudos João Pompeu Lopes Randal (CEJPLR) com algumas pesquisas em andamento. Diretora da Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem em Terapia Intensiva - ABENTI (2021-2022). Membro associado do Departamento de Enfermagem da Associação de Medicina Intensiva Brasileira (AMIB). Presidente do Departamento de Enfermagem da Sociedade Cearense de Terapia Intensiva - SOCETI. Coordenadora local do SIG (Special Interest Group) Enfermagem Intensiva e de Alta Complexidade da Rede Universitária de Telemedicina (RUTE/RNP). Executiva da Saúde associada ao Colégio Brasileiro de Executivos da Saúde - CBEXs. Co-Founder da L&A INTELIGÊNCIA EM SAÚDE. Tem experiência na área de TERAPIA INTENSIVA, GESTÃO HOSPITALAR, GESTÃO DE PESSOAS, CONSULTORIA PARA EQUIPAMENTOS DE SAÚDE, ENSINO e PESQUISA.

He is currently the Nursing Manager of the Praxis Institute of Education, Culture and Social Action, managing the Nursing of all the hospital units that make up the Praxis Institute (since 2016); public servant of the Health Department of the state of Ceará (SESA-CE), crowded in the sector of Liver Transplantation of the General Hospital of Fortaleza (HGF); lecturer of the Postgraduate course in Nursing in Intensive Therapy of the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR; Lecturer of the Postgraduate Specialization Course in Intensive Therapy for Physiotherapists and Nurses of the School of Public Health of Ceará - ESP. She is a tour of the Clinical Research Center-HFT of the John Pompeu Lopes Randal Studies Center (CEJPLR) with some research in progress. Director of the Brazilian Association of Nursing in Intensive Care - ABENTI (2017-2019). Associate member of the Nursing Department of the Brazilian Intensive Care Medicine Association (AMIB).
