Fábio de Oliveira Fagundes

He holds a degree in Cartographic Engineering from the Military Engineering Institute (1998), a Masters in Systems and Computing from the Military Engineering Institute (2005) and a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2017).

Possui graduação em Engenharia Cartográfica pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia (1998), mestrado em Sistemas e Computação pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia (2005) e graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2017).
