Oceanóloga, Mestra em Gerenciamento Costeiro (FURG) e Doutora pelo Programa de Pós Graduação em Desenvolvimento Rural (PGDR) na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Enquanto Oceanóloga atuou como técnica ambiental na Divisão de Meio Ambiente do Porto do Rio Grande (DMASS- SUPRG) entre 2010 e 2012, e também como pesquisadora junto ao Laboratório de Gerenciamento Costeiro (LABGERCO - FURG) entre 2007 e 2013. Possui experiência nas áreas de Licenciamento Ambiental e Gestão Ambiental e Costeira. Atualmente dedica-se à sua segunda graduação (Engenharia Agronômica/UFRGS) e a pesquisas nas áreas de Desenvolvimento Rural e suas interfaces com Agroecologia, Agricultura Orgânica, Agricultura Familiar e Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional (SAN).
Ph.D. in Rural Development Postgraduate Program (PGDR) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Master in Coastal Management (PPGC) at the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG), and graduated in Oceanology also at FURG. She has worked as a collaborating researcher with the Study Group on Rural Development and Atlantic Forest (DESMA - UFRGS) and the Reference Circle on Agroecology, Sociobiodiversity, Sovereignty and Food and Nutritional Security (ASSSAN - CR), and is a member of the Rural Studies Network. As an Oceanologist she worked as an environmental technician at the Environmental Division of the Port of Rio Grande (DMASS- SUPRG) between 2010 and 2012, as well as a researcher at the Laboratory of Coastal Management (LABGERCO - FURG) between 2007 and 2013. She has experience in the areas of Environmental Licensing and Environmental and Coastal Management. Currently, she is dedicated to her second degree (Agronomic Engineering / UFRGS) and research in the areas of Rural Development and its interfaces with Agroecology, Organic Agriculture, Family Farming, and Food and Nutrition Security (SAN).
