Carlos Augusto Oliveira Rocha

Master in Administration - UFPE (2009), Specialist in Foreign Trade - ESAF / UFPE (2005) and graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pernambuco (1998). He coordinated the Pernambuco Network of Entities Promoting Innovative Enterprises - INCUBANET (2006-2007) where he contributed in the Planning, Management, Implementation and Capture of Resource to the Incubators and Technology Parks. Worked as Technical Analyst III at SEBRAE (2014-2015). He performed consulting and training services as SEBRAE-PE accredited in the areas of Energy Efficiency, Entrepreneurship, Planning and Sales (2003-2014). He served as General Manager of Entrepreneurship of the Government of the State of Pernambuco (2011), General Director of the Center for the Promotion of Economic Activities in the Municipality of Recife (2009-2011), Director of Business Promotion of the Municipality of Recife (2006- 2007) and Manager of Stimulus of Technology-Based Companies of the Municipality of Recife (2005-2006).

Mestre em Administração - UFPE (2009), Especialista em Comércio Exterior - ESAF/UFPE (2005) e graduado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade de Pernambuco (1998). Coordenou a Rede Pernambucana de Entidades Promotoras de Empreendimentos Inovadores - INCUBANET (2006-2007) onde contribuiu no Planejamento, Gestão, Implantação e Captação de Recurso às Incubadoras e Parques Tecnológicos. Atuou como Analista Técnico III no SEBRAE (2014-2015). Realizou serviços de consultoria e instrutoria como credenciado do SEBRAE-PE nas áreas de Eficiência Energética, Empreendedorismo, Planejamento e Vendas (2003-2014). Desempenhou os papéis de Gerente Geral de Empreendedorismo do Governo do Estado de Pernambuco (2011), Diretor Geral do Núcleo de Promoção de Atividades Econômicas na Prefeitura do Recife (2009-2011), Diretor de Fomento às Atividades Empresariais da Prefeitura do Recife (2006-2007) e Gerente de Estímulo as Empresas de Base Tecnológica da Prefeitura do Recife (2005-2006).
