Professor of Geology at Universidad Andrés Bello, Santiago, Chile. Msc and PhD on petrology by the Universidad de Chile. Main interests in Petrogenesis of igneous and metamorphic rocks and its role on regional tectonics, ore geology, and environments of subduction and tafrogenesis. Experience in petrography, geochemistry, isotopic geology, geothermobarometry, thermochronology and structural geology.
