Leonardo Pavanatto Soares

Computer Science Ph.D. student at Virginia Tech. Master of Computer Science from PUCRS, with a 6-month term as a research scholar at Virginia Tech. Expertise area is Virtual and Augmented Reality within the scope of 3D User Interfaces. Bachelor of Computer Engineering, degree which was also obtained from PUCRS, with a 1-year term abroad as a visiting student at Illinois Institute of Technology and as a research scholar at Duke University, as part of the BSMP program, sponsored by CAPES.

Doutorando em Ciência da Computação na Virginia Tech. Mestre em Ciência da Computação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), com período sanduiche na Virginia Tech como pesquisador visitante. Possui bacharelado em Engenharia de Computação pela mesma universidade, com período sanduíche no Illinois Institute of Technology e Duke University pelo Programa Ciência Sem Fronteiras, financiado pela CAPES.
