Cláudia Stela de Araújo Medeiros

Doctoral student and Master in Health and Development in the Midwest Region at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS) - major area of ​​Health Sciences (CAPES 5). Master's degree completed in 2019, with the execution of a project financed by CNPq, in the research line Responses to Exercise and Human Health. She is currently a member of the Group of Spectroscopy and Bioinformatics Applied to Biodiversity and Health (GBABS), develops research work in the Metabolism and Nutrition line associated with medicinal plants and physical exercise (strength training). She has a specialization in Clinical Nutrition (UFPR) and Exercise Physiology and Sports Training from the Alfredo Torres Institute for Teaching and Research (IEPAT / MS). Graduation in Nutrition from the Federal University of Goiás (1995). Professor of the lato sensu postgraduate courses at Libera Limes / MS and at Faculdade INPIAR / MS. Experience in nutritional care for athletes with chronic non-communicable diseases and aesthetic goals; consultancy for food industries and companies, in addition to extensive experience in the development of food products for special purposes. She was an advisor to the Federal Council of Nutritionists (2006-2009) working with the Communication and Professional Training Commissions, contributing significantly to the development of her professional category.
